St Michaels Mount

As a mark of respect to Lord St Levan who died this week I though t I would take a shot of St Michael's mount. This was his family home and he was the major force in passing control of much of the land to the National Trust in the 1950s.

I didnt know him personally but some friends did and tell me he was an absolute gentleman.

So here is his house, in the mist, on a warm Cornish afternoon.
