A very grey day

This is the view from my window today, it's a grey day in many respects as many of my former colleagues, my old team and friends are all having their restructure packs issued in Gen-I and many of them will be made redundant.. I know that I am very lucky that I didn't have to go through this myself or lead people through it but it is not something I would wish on anyone. To the ones that read my blip ( you know who you are) best of luck.
