Pappardelle with Slow-Braised Leeks

Here's my attempt at this (courtesy of Jamie).

I had to cheat even further as I didn't have the dried mushrooms so we just had Parmesan cheese on the top. I have to say it was bloody delicious!

Notes to self: Kariba will like (tick); Mum will like (tick); Dave thinks its divine (tick); Anton, not sure? Zane I am pretty sure will like. Abby won't eat :(
