Back At It

Right now I’m working on two paintings at the same time: this one along the same lines as most of my recent work, and the first extra, the last of the smaller black canvas paintings. The other extras are the rest of those.

It was our fourth concert this week this afternoon. I didn’t take any photos as they specifically said, “please don’t.” The Bellingham Symphony performed their sixth annual Harmony from Discord concert. Each year they perform a concert featuring composers who lived in war torn times but still continued to write music. Again we were treated to beautiful music we had not heard before. They also played Beethoven’s violin concerto featuring Bella Hristova. She was really great and so we’re the other soloists and the orchestra.
