Saturday 9 May 2009: Dobby?

My older sister is a master in clay, weaving, and so much more. She created this puppet from a chunk of clay, painted it, and wove the gown. I was sharing it with her son tonight. He hadn't known HIS mom made it.

"Was that before or after Harry Potter?" he wanted to know. "It looks like Dobby!"

I guess she was ahead of her time!
