Parkrun Day PB

I like this parkrun really a trail run and very uneven, but pretty qnd we qre fans of the brewery and squerrey's winery.

It was such a hot run, Surpised at PB!
How.oh how a PB been a long while!  8 seconds off run here a month or.so a go.. I will take.that! 
Off.to help a.friend put a roller blind up and cut it.to size.. Her husband died 6 years ago v sad brain tumour. Hard if.no one.can help with odd jobs, ends.up being.v.pricey.
Hubby has drill and.v sharp stanely knife, a level and a tape measure
