Family

Selfie with Shelly, Lynda and Helena. Lynda flew up from California yesterday. She and her sister Helena were planning to take me out for Mother’s Day brunch at the Birch Door, a favorite restaurant. But I was nervous because Covid is ramping up around here and I knew the restaurant would be mobbed. So instead they came to mine and I made breakfast for the three of us. Shelly came over after to say hello. Then the girls and I headed out for a walk in Fairhaven. We stopped at the Colophon Cafe to see my paintings. Then we went to Paper Dreams where the girls bought me two pairs of pretty socks. So sweet. We sat at the Village Green awhile to talk and soak in the sunshine. Such a nice way to spend Mother’s Day.
