Walk on the beach

My friend came today and we went to Newcastle for lunch and then went for a walk. The sun was shining, people were out in shorts and t-shirts and it was freezing!

Shoulder eased a bit today but still not much mobility!

This is the first day I managed to type so I have backblipped a few days!
