Speculative moment

We walked  along the prom this afternoon and it was glorious -  I feel so lucky to live by the sea particularly by the Solent where there is always so much going on -  ferries, yachts, fishing boats, rowing boats, plus all the wild life. 

So this is a shot of the base of an old pier (which I am sure has featured in my journal somewhere) - I cropped it and turned it upside down so the splashes and splodges  of the sea look more like snow or paint than sea water.   I always enjoy scratching my head to find an abstract Thursday entry - thank you Ingeborg for making it so interesting.
