Ready for the Oven

These scones were enjoyed later in the afternoon, complete with clotted cream and strawberry jam.  M and I invited B, and H&M over for afternoon tea.  H&M brought over the traditional version of Trivial Pursuit and we all had a fun time until well into the evening.

It was marvellous to be able to invite our friends to our home again after all the Covid restrictions of the past two years.  It felt like a real treat.
