Bread

This is our village bread oven, restored through the fundraising and building efforts of all the villagers themselves. At the height of summer we will have our annual fête du pain, when we all gather in the village square for a barbecue and bread feast. The oven gets fired up two days in advance and a local boulanger comes to bake the bread - and it is the best bread you will ever taste!
