London Blitz

Finsbury Park is home to London Blitz.
About 80 of them train opposite where I live every weekend.
Training appears to be lots of standing around getting yelled at by their coaches.
Every now and then there is a flurry of activity.

More cycling and kickboxing for me this morning. I've spent most of the afternoon napping on the sofa.
