Sports Day

Big day at work today as I had a workshop to deliver to around 16 colleagues from India, Middle East & Africa.

It went really well. That’s what happens when I get up at 6 am for an early morning run through.

After lunch we had L’s final primary school sports day. I think it’s safe to say that she wasn’t challenged and found it a bit boring. She’s so ready for High School.

The in-laws came by ti help for some more trellis in the back garden.

L had a clean competition at gymnastics training tonight.
