Evening solstice sun

Well summer is finally here according to the calendar and today marks the summer Solstice which is so strange that summer starts and the days then start getting shorter .
A busy day at work was made better with the lovely sunny weather.
Once home and changed I decided to go and enjoy the lovely evening sunshine this was I had got my shorts on. 
A walk by the river where I took this shot looking along the river towards the early evening sunshine. I did think about waiting and taking a sunset shot pleased I didn't as there wasn't one .
Tea out the ways and the bin put out for tomorrows collection and a relaxed evening watching the last episode of Ozark on Netflix
