Wednesday 13 May 2009: Anyone for a paddle?
No? Can't tempt you?......OK, well maybe not!
Down at the bottom of my street there's this stretch of promenade....when the kids WERE kids we used to spends hours and days down there every summer. As well as the paddling pool there were swings and roundabouts, deckchairs for hire, icecreams, pots of tea and buckets and spades for sale AND rockpools to poke around in when the tide was out....a kids paradise in fact. It looks a bit sad these days.....
