Full of colour

The gardening lads came this morning and did their usual tidy up. They don’t touch my hanging basket beside the back door. It looks as good from inside the kitchen window as from the garden. I bought it ready planted and have been so pleased at the way it has filled out, with an interesting variety of summer flowers.
There have been dark threatening clouds around today, but no sign of the rain we really need. So I shall have to get the hose out again.
