Sunflower

I was 21 years old when the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in the landmark decision that was Roe v Wade, 'giving' women control over their own bodies/reproduction. I thought it audacious at the time and still do that the State presumes the right to decide what I can do with my own body. Today as I step into my seventh decade, I vow to support all womens' reproductive rights using my words, creativity and resources. My heart is heavy but strong!
