Mum and I went to the zoo! She hadn't been before, but Im and I had raved about it, so Mum had high expectations and reported that she wasn't disappointed. It is a v. fine little zoo.
Highlights this time included the new exotic bird aviary, the emus going mad when a keeper created a running stream of water while cleaning out their water bath, and the ring-tailed lemurs with two babies.
