Sleeping Through

There was thick fog for most of the day at the south end of Shetland - no planes flying and most of the puffins hunkered down waiting for the visibility to improved.

Once the fog lifted (about 16:30), there was lots of puffin and razorbill activity to watch on the cliffs - I definitely got to the impression that there was lots of catch-up feeding to be done. Didn't spot any equivalent catch-up activity on the airport runways.
