Bridge Art

Train line above, River Coln below, took some effort to get across i thought , seemed no path that side. im still undecided about "Street Art" / graffitti, vandalism often , and it ruins many areas, looks Ok in some contexts and places especially if relevant.
Today i walked from St Botolphs Priory in Colchester to Wivenehoe. The path shared National cycle way 15. Follows River Coln and Railway line for much of the route.
