Joshua trees at Yucca Valley

Time to catch up on a few days pics. I haven't downloaded the recent ones yet, but here's our first four days. This was taken outside our motel in Yucca Valley, where we stayed after we'd returned the rental to Ontario airport.

Our Jeep, in storage for 8 months, started first turn of the key after we reconnected the battery. Tyre pressures still as they were. We scored a large room in the motel, which turned out very handy to sort all our gear. In the morning we headed into Joshua Tree NP to meet up with a friend for a couple of days.
