Painted Lady (Vanessa cardui)

Took my wife's car to be MoT'd in Broughton Astley just over in Leicestershire. They moved there from just around the corner a few years ago. I've continued to use them  to keep up the good relationship and trust that many years of business brings.
Today, I took my camera and went for a walk around parts of the village while the MoT was being done.
Got stacks of useable images.
The butterflies didn't want to settle so you could see their wings open, so, it was side on shots. 
A couple of extras added too.
The car came away with a pass and no advisories. Result.
