Erigeron compositus 'Railroad Ridge'

A micro from of a plant found throughout Western North America, from the steppes of sagebrush, and short grass prairie to windblown and fridge mountain tops, this little daisy is often lurking. It can range in height from 2-10 inches and be white, pink, lavender or even a rayless from with just the yellow center.

This from was mostly likely collected by the giant of Pacific Northwest Rock Gardneing Betty Lowry on Railroad Ridge in Idaho.

Lets hear it for the Cutleaf daisy and its multitude of forms
