Party

A friend had offered us two tickets he couldn't use to "The List" party, but at breakfast I didn't fancy going. By the end of the day I decided that it might be good to have an evening out, so we're here, waiting to go into the main hall of the venue for sample performances of Fringe shows. 

In the end, the first preview was good, but I wouldn't watch a whole show of it, the second was terrible, but I'd pay to see Cirque Berserk (see extra).

Earlier in the day I'd arranged a work trip to Berlin at the end of September. We've got a fair few people to visit, and haven't been since February 2020, so I'm looking forward to it. Otherwise it was programming (mainly debugging) with the Commonwealth Games on in the background.
