Busy Sunday

Mr D has managed to get a contract for electricity where the overnight rate is much better than the daytime rate. This means that I spend the morning sorting out the washing that has been done overnight. I am told there has been a significant reduction in the amount of electricity we use.
After lunch I went to a reading of a play written by one of our WI members. She had asked a few friends to help her check content and continuity. This is part of her fundraising for the Canary Girls Memorial at the National Memorial Arboretum.
