Shifting Light

A quote from Alexander McCall Smith carved onto the side of the new Atria office building on Morrison Street, next to the EICC. A building that has been some time in the making.
The full quote is "This is a city of shifting light, of changing skies, of sudden vistas. A city so beautiful it breaks the heart again and again." It is carved into the side wall of the building, on a new walkway between the modern buildings.
