We have been without electricity for most of the day due to scheduled improvement works. I had planned on having a few thermos flasks filled with boiling water but I was in mid boil when it went off. So no tea or radio or computer or microwave or TV or lawn mower. In fact everything I wanted to do involved electricity. You dont realise how much you need it until its not there!
Meanwhile this hairy caterpillar crawled along my window ledge so I spent a happy 10 mins photographing it. I thought it would be suitable for Abstract Thursday.
