Tavistock Weir

This is the River Tavy as it runs through Tavistock. In the distance is the bridge, with the weir in front of it. The tower to the left is the Still Tower, where the monks of Tavistock Abbey would brew their beer. The path to the left runs from the town centre, past the main car park and on to the town park.

Much nicer day today. Warm in the sunshine. Got a lot done, including paying the Mother-in-Law's fine AND getting her a new tax disc at last!!!
