Swimming going well on target for 102 lengths this week.

I spent the morning cooking…apple tray bake….it was delicious (everyone said it! Not just me!!) and some chocolate cupcakes.
It was a lovely afternoon and great that Oksana joined us for the chatting and laughter session. They are 2 very special friends.
