Squatter

This fellow likes to lurk on this abandoned nest. I have a feeling that I’ve blipped him before; it happens every year in about the same place.

We watched another old film, ‘Pat and Mike,’ which has a few famous women golfers and tennis stars of the 1940s playing themselves. D especially enjoyed the scene where Pat (Katharine Hepburn) is losing at tennis and suddenly sees her opponent with a huge racket while her own shrinks  to the size of a kitchen spatula.
