Mummy cuddles

Woke up around 8am, hubby had walked the dogs so I sat and had cuddles with Lili.

Feeling a bit fed up today, probably because I’ve been on holiday and returning to work is imminent. Also, not happy with my weight, got to do something about it, just hate being fat. Hubby and I decided we will watch what we eat but not join a group until after our next holiday.

Late morning went to the shredding company, we have so much paperwork that is confidential and a home shredder would shred it but it would take ages. You take up your shredding, weigh it and then watch them shred it and then pay - we had 25kg and the charge was 50p a kg. The sell it on to a cardboard company and it gets recycled into boxes.

Then we went for a little drive, a bit of shopping, collected some items from M&S and then on to see AJ.

AJ was in bed on arrival (2:30pm), she had decided she didn’t want to get up today. She was sitting a little uncomfortably looking. She had wanted to have her feet on the floor, but was not comfortable sitting upright - cushions and pillows used. She had not eaten or drunk anything prior to our visit (although drinking a cup of tea on arrival), but their records said she had declined. She confirmed this was true ….. because she was not comfortable eating in the position she was in! She managed to eat an ice lolly - she was happy as we were leaving.
