Brisk

Dawn was at 6:16 this morning, the last in August. I got my Blip at 6:41. 

Madness. 

But seriously, it is the best time of the day (in spite of the absence of coffee). 

I was on Couch-to-5k business at that time of the morning. Week 7 comprises a single 25 minute run in each session, plus 5 minute brisk walks on either side of it. It was 9ºc this morning, so the walks were extra brisk. 

Is it time to dig out some autumn exercise clothes?
