Sunny days!!!

Well another beautiful sunny day has been had!!!

Gym this morning with pt, he forgets I'm a lady and passes the biggest weights he can find and tells me I can do it!!! I usually swear a lot in my head and I do find myself growling very odd behaviour, he laughs at the same time as ignoring me!!!!

I have spent most of the day socialising but shhhhhh if Glenn asks I did do some work!!! I am so glad he doesn't read this!!!
So I socialised with my lovely friend Justine who I met up with again last week, we are so in tune with each other all we do is laugh and talk!!! We ventured over to our local rock climbing centre and when I've got my grading and moon walk out the way we are going to sign up for a course!! Will be fun, can't believe she'll trust me to hold the rope at the bottom that is friendship right there!!! If I've got that right elf have I do I have to hold a rope at the bottom???
