MIRROR MIRROR...

This is me at stupid o clock this morning mucking about with a mirror and my mobile phone camera. I couldn't sleep as my back was in agony for carrying a quite light flat packed desk about 20 yards from the bus stop to my house yesterday. :(

The least little thing puts my back out and I should have known better than to carry it. It wasn't heavy, just awkward and I was holding it in front. If I carry things balanced by my sides I'm usualy ok.

My back's not to bad today although I have upped my anti-inflamatry tablets, so I hope I can sleep tonight.
