Hints of Autumn

The winterberries can’t help but be noticed. They’ve been showing slight color over the past few weeks but then suddenly overnight they’ve turned red! I was pleased to find this late season meadow-hawk dragonfly enjoying the view and some late morning sunshine • We’ve turned on the TV this afternoon to watch the breaking news coverage about Queen Elizabeth’s health. It’s a somber and potentially historic moment. My thoughts are with my UK blip friends • It’s a beautiful day here in Maine as we’ve settled into the routine of cool nights, warm days common to September. Looking forward to sinking my teeth into a crisp red McIntosh apple :) • Peace & Love to All
