Saville Row darling

Is this Beau Brummell?

He did some inventing in tailoring or something. Saw it on great British Sewing Bee.

Anyway got lost a bit in London today and found myself in Saville Row. Wasn't expecting that.
Made it from Victoria to Picadilly Circus through St James Park just following my nose.
My sense of direction is OK. When I saw Fortnum's I knew where I was
(I'm not posh - it's on a bus route!)

Very sunny and full to bursting with tourists.
