The Flowerpot Men

We took a local walk, and on looking over a garden hedge, we discovered this pair! 
They form an entry in the annual scarecrow competition, I believe. 
For those too young to remember, they represent Bill and Ben the flower pot men and Little Weed, who were puppets in a Watch with Mother  children's TV programme of the 1960's.
