I did'nt take offence when my other half and the kids bought these two wooden birds, which had somewhat cheeky names...

Ok, many of us could do with losing a little weight now and again so I guess I might turn this around and use as a little secret inspiration. (dont tell).

I have set myself a little personal challenge...If by the end of May I have managed to continue with this blip a day then I will upgrade to full membership. So far so good, I am enjoying it.
