R&R Part 1 - The Kiss

I was approached before christmas 2012 by Rory to illustrate a portrait in the BoneShaker style for his girlfriend Robyn. We discussed a few things and then timings didnt work and before we knew it it was February 13 and we finally had a meeting and chance to discuss the illustration. The couple are amazing and it quickly developed into having both of them in the illustration and a car too! it's going to be great.

Fast forward to this evening and I finally got them both in to do the shoot. The initial "BoneShaker illustration" shots were done quite quickly with flat lighting in order that i can see everything for when I start to draw the images but once these were done we moved the lighting about and started shooting them as a couple.

Instantly their connection and passion for each other became clear and it was an absolute joy to see them comfortable in front of the camera just sharing this time with each other... I think they almost forgot that Charlotte and I were there...
