Funny Kind of Greenhouse

We completed our stay at the Royal Vale Campsite in Knutsford with L trying valiantly to finish the washing but discovering that GBP 1 only gets you 10 minutes of drying time - I know the pound has plummeted in value but 10 Minutes for a pound!  Drove to Altrincham, close to where I was born where my sister has been unable to resist the pull of birthplace and is now living 3 miles from where she was born and had a cup of coffee with her and her partner Fintan.
Then it was southward on the M6 with a detour through Stone in Staffordshire which has the dubious claim of being the place where I went on a Scout camp in late November and had to break the ice on the swimming pool before diving in!
Anyway, before long we had arrived at Bryn's house and after a brief visit to Deb and Sam's to use their facilities we headed out to have something to eat with Bryn.  Original plan had been to go to Asda but as it closed at 4 pm we had to do with a rather pleasant gastropub where Fish and Chips and lager was the order of the day at least for Bryn and I and Leyna had some kind of coconut curry.
We managed to park the van within an inch of Deb's house wall and we will now 'wild camp' on their street.  A bottle of wine is currently in the process of being opened - thanks Deb and Beth has come round to catch up.
