Stencil Seven

This figure seven has appeared on the groyne near our beach hut. It appears that they have all been given a number but I am not sure why. I really like it- it is a beautiful shape and quite retro
In the distance is a Naval vessel which I have tried to identify on my Ship Finder App( it's brilliant) but I think it has blocked its identity.
Nearly blipped a Chelsea Tractor stuck in the sea trying to pull out a jet ski- served him right- I hate jet skis and the infernal drone they make plus the fact that most of them ignore the speed limits- grumpy old bag? Me? Surely not
