Cuckoo

I hear the cuckoo,
The beatbox refrain of Spring,
Broadcast from the tree

Back blip:
A gorgeous morning ... there was a cuckoo cuckooing away, I looked up to where the sound was coming from and lo and behold, there was the cuckoo!! I was so excited as I have never seen one before in my life.

I know this is a pretty rubbish photo (in fact it could just be a bin bag blown into a tree!) ... but then I just wanted to share it ...

There is another photo here which gives an idea of the size of the bird ..... much larger than I thought!
