Adios Sitges
The last day of our holiday and it started with rain, the first we’ve had. There was a slight drizzle as we started out on our now customary morning run along the seafront. We managed to get back before it became too heavy but it turned into quite a wet morning. Fortunately we did not have to check out until noon, so packed our bags and in the afternoon had another wander and a leisurely lunch, dodging the light showers. As we returned to the hotel the surfers were bobbing about in the water like seals waiting for the waves to ride back to shore.
Our taxi picked us up in the evening for Barcelona airport and we eventually arrived back to our house about 1am, to flop into bed.
Extra shows the Ryanair priority boarding/or general confusion queue. To be fair, all arrangements went very well and all on time.
Saturday morning now, so back-blipping, slowly getting myself up and already feeling depressed about being back to whatever new miseries Truss and co conjure up.
