Wood louse and geranium

Nipped out between showers to blip a flower for Friday and this one came with a bonus - wood louse. Joined SlimmingWorld last night so spent most of my day studying all the bumbf and the on line website you get given to guide you  through a more healthy approach to life. So much to absorb I feel like I was studying for PhD in Nutrition. I did belong a few years ago so not entirely confused and as I joined up this time with a friend it should motivate us to keep on plan!
