The recipe....

... for the perfect steak n chips.

1. Cut up a few spuds and par boil them for 6-7 mins
2. Put them in an pre-heated oven (200c?) for at least 30 mins, well seasoned and with splashes of olive oil - they'll be crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside
3. Towards the end of the chip cooking season your steak and cook for 4-5 mins each side in a frying pan
4. Serve, with a nice glass of red.

Simple.
