Preening Time

B and I walked from Holt to Letheringsett Watermill via the disused railway line this morning.  Another mild day and plenty of sunshine.  It was rather pleasant sitting out by the watermill stream with our coffee, listening to the clonking sound of the old mill busy making flour.

There are always a couple of ducks round the back of the mill sitting on this raft.  Clearly we had turned up during the important daily task of preening one's feathers.
