Duisberg v St. Pauli

We went to see a Bundesliga 2 fixture whist on the Dusseldorf trip. This was taken before the match. The St. Pauli fans are very interesting (look up the Guardian documentary about them on You Tube) They are a 'kult' club from Hamburg. They are against racism, sexism etc. The singing was ace! They have a guy leading it at the front with a megaphone. Shame the game ended 0-0, an experience nonetheless. There's a very different culture in Germany. Fans of both teams were drinking bottled beer outside the railway station whilst waiting for the shuttle bus to the ground! There was a minimal police presence. Imagine that at Burnley v Blackburn! We were due to see Borussia Munchengladbach v Shalke but they moved the fixture from Saturday to Friday night so we couldn't make it in time.
