85% Fika (MM459)

This is what passes in our house for Fika on a Monday. 

Gill is usually out at her art group which means I can have the music on as loud as I like (note the amplifier in the background) and/or watch the rugby highlights. Human contact would be a whatsapp exchange with our son on the rugby and who pulled off the most ludicrous cross field kick.

I tend to get my blip done early(ish) so I can enjoy my coffee with some 85% dark chocolate.
