Setting off .....

BACK BLIP
We eventually set of on our few days holiday to see the family in Yorkshire. A train strike was on, off, on supposedly for this day ever since we booked the tickets a month in advance, so we were pleased when we got to the station and the train was actually running. We knew when when we got to Carlisle we would have to travel by coach to Appleby because of a rail accident a few weeks before and part of the line being closed, but it all connected well and we arrived in Shipley on scheduled time.
The picture was taken in the waiting room of Workington Station as we started to relax when we knew things were going to go to plan.
