The Lock above Salterhebble Basin

A cold start to the day, but it was brighter and all the mist and rain had cleared.

After a cappuccino and some cereal, I headed out on a 6.75 km run down through North Dean Woods to Copley, along the canal to Salterhebble Basin and then back home via Clay House at West Vale.

A short walk to the post box late afternoon - 14,700 steps in total so far.
